Terrordrome - Reign of Legends

Promotion for a game I’m interested in. It’s being created by the person who created the fan game Terrordrome Rise of the Boogymen, which allowed you to play a Jason, Michael, Freddy, Pinhead etc at have them fight eachother. To avoid legal issues and make money, this game used unlicensed characters...

Re: Quitting the Internet for a while

I’m in agreement with Ludders and iank.

This forum is a very healthy place with people you have gotten to know over several years. No need to cut yourself of from a positive source of interaction over the toxic waste land most social media sites have become.

Fuck em I say. Come here and be yourself.

Re: The Forum is so quiet lately

Well for my part, it’s because I’ve been engaged in a few things. Since I changed my username, I’ve been reading and collecting Dracula material. Such as Dracula the Undead and The Tomb of Dracula. Along with that I’ve been playing Yakuza 0 on and off. I also have a girlfriend, my future wife, and ...

Re: 100% British

Acclaimed author Joe Hill submitted 3 story pitches, but was told by one of Doctor Who's producers that ‘We have never let an American write Doctor Who, and if we were going to, we wouldn’t start with you" https://www.syfy.com/syfywire/joe-hill-shares-smoking-rejection-doctor-who?utm_content=link_a...

Re: 100% British

The show has been altered into a format to make it as broadly appealing as possible. That was done so that it could appeal to the American market amount other reasons. The bbc high ups wanted to do this back in the 80’s before they canned the show permanently. They got there wish when they created t...

Re: Rank the Doctors (sorry to be repetitive)

I'll post here once I've done my full series watch. I haven't seen enough of Troughton and Davison to give a proper grading yet.

How long did each Doctor live in-universe?

I know we’ll never get a exact number but I’m wondering how long each of the Classic Doctor, and we’ll throw NcGann in here to, lasted before death. The shortest has to be Pertwee. His Doctor had only a limited number companions, none of whom aged significantly during his time on earth. The only wig...

Re: What Doctor who DVDs are you watching today?

Finished the Massacre of St. Bartholomew’s Eve last night. What a grim story to follow up on the Daleks Master Plan. You’d think they’d lighten it up a bit after such a long, dark story but not the show wants a few more kicks to the groin before hand. To get the low points out of the way, the ending...

Re: What Doctor who DVDs are you watching today?

Recently watched the entirety of Dalrk’s Master Plan and was very impressed all the way through. Aside from the Christmas Special, which was still light years better then any modern rubbish, this story comes across as a better version of The Chase. The story is tighter but the times it goes off on a...
