I had a pasta salad. I threw in tomatoes, red onion, half a dozen finger chilies, radishes, Jalapeño pepper and half a sausage and then I smeared it all with caramelized onion humums. Absolutely gorgeous.

Roquefort cheese souffles, poached pears, spinach with balsamic and walnut oil, crusty bread and glass of Mozza's own champagne. Decent.

Funnily enough, it IS pitched as a starter in the book I take it from and I used to do it as one if I was cooking for 4. But for 2, it makes 2.5 mini souffles, and that's sufficient these days haha...
